  • 9 sec near Kpatanabu: On the morning of 20 February 2012, suspected LRA forces attacked a group of 3 motorcyclists traveling from Dungu to Bangadi, DRC. A 30 year old man was killed, and 3 others were injured - a man, a woman and her 9 month old baby (who lost two fingers).
  • 9 sec near Ngilima: LRA forces abducted a 40 year old woman near Ngilima, DRC. The assailants also looted food, clothing, machetes and other household items from a number of homes in the area. This was the first of 2 abductions by this group of assailants on February 19th.
  • 9 sec near Ngilima: LRA forces abducted 1 man near Ngilima, DRC. This was the second of two abductions by this group of assailants on February 19th. The assailants also looted food and household goods from a number of homes in the area.
  • 9 sec near Kulugbangu: On 15 February 2012, 7 suspected LRA ambushed 2 men on motorcycles at Kulugbangu, DRC. The armed men looted their goods including 35,000 Congolese francs and their motorcycle batteries. They were described as wearing tattered uniforms.
  • 9 sec near Nangilidakwe: A fisherman setting up his net at the Mbwele river near Nangilidawke, DRC sighted 3 suspected LRA, 2 men holding firearms and 1 woman carrying goods. 1 of the men fired at the fisherman and shot him in the left hand.
